Late last year (December 2017) the Moab Adventure Center (https://www.moabadventurecenter.com/) launched a new website that added 200+ new pages with eye-popping videos, graphics and images, carefully optimized for both home computer viewing and mobile-phone and tablet-integration.
By early March 2018, the company reports a huge bump in visitor traffic and engagement – up to 18 times more than in previous months – and a five-fold increase in reservation conversions directly attributed to the site’s new and clean look and design, plus its easy-to-navigate structure and intuitive placement of information.
Various sources used to view the website all experienced significant booking increases: 1.5 times more on desktop, 14 times more on tablet and 18 times more on mobile.
The new site incorporates eye-pleasing colors and fonts; logical, intuitive placement of links and interior pages; strategic use of quick-downloading videos; robust use of supporting information including local attractions, area drives, lodging, restaurants, vacation planning resources, travel suggestions, free vacation guides and more.
“Most of our guests use iPhones, iPads, laptops and Droids to research where to go and what to do when planning their vacation in Moab. Today a website needs to be user friendly on all of these devices – as well as on a desktop,” said Chad Allen of Resmark Interactive.
Resmark Interactive (https://www.resmarkinteractive.com/), a leading web design firm that focuses on “the customer experience” was commissioned for Moab Adventure Center’s website transformation.
