Moab Adventure Center Satisfies Requests of High-Energy Visitors During Moab’s Quiet Season

MOAB, UT, Nov. 10, 2022 –The tangy bite of a winter day can send seemingly normal people into paroxysms of energy over-drive even as others huddle and hibernate until the vernal equinox come March.

Some guided activities are available year-round and can be arranged through Moab Adventure Center. These include regularly scheduled morning and afternoon four-hour Arches National Park tours. Included are stops for hikes to scenic overlooks. Scenic 30-minute tours by small aircraft are scheduled daily to reveal from above the spectacles of Arches National Park.

The cooler temperatures of winter signal an eagerness for adventure. For example, January’s average high is 43F, rising to 63F by March when campgrounds open and river pundits assess the winter snowpack and expected runoff with an eye towards a new rafting season.
