Sports Tours International Brings Cycling Fans to Giro d’Italia in May for Thrills, Spills – and (Maybe) Froome

In addition to this eleven day trip is an eight day optionin the Alps, Giro d'Italia 2018 - The Final 7 Days, focusing on Stage 19 that features the Colle delle Finestre, the highest climb – think 55 hairpins on a gravel surface -- of the Giro d’Italia, which stands at a grueling 2178m. The penultimate stage is from Susa to Cervinia, where the general classification will be confirmed. The per person double rate is from £1,959.00 and is offered May 21-28, 2018.

A Giro d'Italia 2018 - Zoncolan Weekend package is offered May 18-21 over four days and three nights, from £729.00 per person double. This is a great opportunity to spend a weekend at the toughest climb in professional cycling, the Monte Zoncolan.

The race eventually heads to Rome for Stage 21 on May 27 and the victory parade where the peloton will ride through historic streets.  Here the winner will be presented with the famous pink jersey in front of thousands of spectators flooding the streets of Rome.
